By accessing or using Anantlok, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Anantlok is operated by Anantlok Labs, based in India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to hold and transact digital assets in your jurisdiction to use Anantlok.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials safe, and for all activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being abused.

A Lok is one of up to 1,000,000 unique digital ownership units inside Anantlok. Each Lok has permanent coordinates, an ID, and a tier that do not change once assigned to your Guardian account. Genesis-phase pricing is 1 USDT for Outer District, 5 USDT for Middle District, and 10 USDT for Genesis Core, with select Special Loks at 25 USDT — as listed on the marketplace.

Loks are acquired using USDT sent to a verified Anantlok wallet address. You must submit the transaction hash and a screenshot so we can verify the payment. Assignment happens after our team verifies the transaction. You are responsible for network fees and for sending funds on the correct network and to the correct address — payments sent to a wrong address or network may not be recoverable. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or misdirected funds caused by blockchain congestion, incorrect network selection, wallet errors, or third-party wallet or exchange failures.

All Lok acquisitions are final and non-refundable once a Lok has been assigned to your Guardian account, except where a non-waivable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. A failed or unverified transaction that never resulted in a Lok assignment is not considered a purchase and is not covered by this clause.

Participation in ranks, achievements, referrals, and other gamification features is optional. Reward structures may change as Anantlok evolves, with reasonable prior notice on the site where practical. We may adjust or revoke rewards obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

• No bots, scraping, or automated access outside offered APIs.
• No fraud, impersonation, or misuse of another person's data.
• No attempts to break, probe, or overwhelm the service.
• No use for illegal activity or in violation of sanctions laws.

The Anantlok name, logos, code, artwork, and content are owned by Anantlok Labs. Owning a Lok grants you the in-app ownership and benefits described on the site, but it does not transfer any brand or intellectual-property rights in Anantlok itself.

Anantlok interacts with third-party services such as wallets, blockchains, and email providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Anantlok is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Digital assets carry inherent risk, including loss of value. Nothing on the site is financial or investment advice. Future features described on the roadmap are aspirational and not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anantlok Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses. Our total liability for any claim related to a Lok is limited to the amount you paid for the Lok(s) that claim relates to.

You agree to indemnify and hold Anantlok Labs harmless from any claim or loss arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to Anantlok if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under your local law.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy make up the entire agreement between you and Anantlok Labs regarding your use of Anantlok, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor as part of a reorganisation, merger, or sale of assets.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
