• Account details — email address, display name, and optional avatar you provide when you register as a Guardian.
• Payment verification data — the sending wallet address, transaction hash, and screenshot you submit so we can verify your Lok acquisition.
• Referral and gamification activity — referral codes you use or generate, achievements you earn, and Guardian XP or rank progress.
• Newsletter and contact messages — the email address you submit to our newsletter and the content of any message you send through our contact form.

• Provide and operate the Anantlok marketplace and Guardian profiles.
• Verify USDT payments and assign Loks to the correct account.
• Run the referral program, ranks, achievements, and leaderboards.
• Send you newsletter updates that you opted into.
• Respond to questions and support requests you send us.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.

Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on your consent for marketing communications, performance of a contract for account creation and Lok acquisition, and our legitimate interests for running gamification features and protecting the service from abuse. If neither the EU GDPR nor UK GDPR applies to you, this section is informational only and your rights are governed by the data protection law of your jurisdiction (for users in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run Anantlok — currently our backend and hosting platform (Lovable Cloud, which runs on Supabase and Cloudflare) and our transactional email provider — and only to the extent they need it to perform their function. A current list of subprocessors is available on request by emailing team.loknayak@anantlok.com. Wallet addresses you submit are already public on the underlying blockchain by design.

Today we use only the essential session cookies required to keep you signed in and to operate the site. If we introduce analytics or similar tracking in the future, we will update this section and, where required, ask for your consent.

Account and Lok ownership records are kept for as long as your account is active, because they are the basis of your Guardian identity. Newsletter and contact form records are kept until you ask us to remove them. Payment verification records are kept for up to seven (7) years where needed to meet legal, tax, or financial obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email team.loknayak@anantlok.com.

We use HTTPS for data in transit, authenticated access to our database, and access controls that keep each Guardian's data separated from other users'. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to apply reasonable protections and to respond quickly to any issue.

Anantlok is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, or under the age of digital consent in your country if that age is higher. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

Our infrastructure providers may store or process data in countries other than India. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives an appropriate level of protection.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of Anantlok after an update means you accept the revised policy.
